Employee Share Offer Plan (ESOP)

If you have participated in the ESOP, you must call the Trustee on 1300 303 199 within two (2) months of leaving Telstra to arrange repayment of the interest free loan if you wish to purchase the shares.

Failure to contact the ESOP trustee will mean that your shares are sold. You will then receive any proceeds from the sale less the outstanding loan amount and any sale costs (eg brokers fees and stamp duty).
